We had previously painted the oak fascias and masonry. This time we were contracted to paint all the windows using the Dulux Weathershield System.
All the windows were thoroughly prepared and any rotten wood replaced.
Any bare wood was primed before receiving 2 coats of brilliant white undercoat and 1 coat of brilliant white gloss.
After being pressure washed, filled and sealed the walls received a minimum of 2 coats of Sandtex Brilliant White masonry paint. No need to paint for up to 15 years. This proves economical, gives peace of mind and looks great.
All the oak fascias were prepared and then painted with 2 coats of Sadolin Classic colour Ebony.
The garage block gets a makeover as well.
A black plimsoll line in Dulux Masonry paint at the base of the wall puts the finishing touches.
The black and white contrast give presence and stature to this lovely country house.
We leave with a feeling of satisfaction at a job well done, ready for the next project.
