We have recently completed a major piece of work in London N16 that used all of our companies services and skills. The job consisted of:

• A complete property renovation inside and out.
• Putting together and project managing a team of skilled tradesmen on site.
  • Carpenters
  • Builders
  • Plasterers
  • Electricians
  • Plumbers
  • Decorators
  • Carpet and flooring specialists
• Adding new internal and external features such as installing an arched stained glass window and French doors opening onto a new Juliet balcony.
• Advising on internal and external decoration.

 18th Century Town Cottage - SEE SLIDE SHOW

We have recently completed a full redecoration of an 18th Century town cottage in Chesham.

• A complete redecoration of the property.
• Supply and installation of carpets.
• Installation of sound proofing between party walls.
• Liaising and working with the clients own contractors.

Commissioned to: Decorate the exterior of the main house and garage block.

• To replace all rotten timber
• To replace missing/broken tiles on the roof and fascias
• To clean all dirty/marked fascia tiles.
• To re seat any loose lead flashings.
• To oil all the lead work.

 A Three Bedroom Family Home- SEE SLIDE SHOW

Commissioned to:   Decorate the Hall, Stairs and Landing, Lounge and Dining Room, Front and Rear Porch and Downstairs Toilet.

• To supply and fit new wood flooring
• To supply and fit new carpet and underlay.
• To hang 12 solid oak doors supplied by customer.
• To make an under stairs cupboard
• To supply and fit a new boiler and commission the heating system.
• To supply and fit 5 contemporary matt nickel curtain poles.
• To supply and fit 2 Sunflex vertical blinds and 1 Roller blind

 A Stable Conversion - SEE SLIDE SHOW

Commissioned to: Decorate the Interior and Exterior of the property (with the exception of the kitchen)

• To supply and fit a hand scraped solid oak floor to 2 bedrooms, the landing and bathroom.
• To supply and fit carpet to the stairs as a stair runner.
• To sand and varnish floating light oak floor in the conservatory.
